This is not a professional dry cleaners. The manager of the business is not accountable for the errors of the employees. They wash items that were requested to be dry cleaned. Instead of calling to say an item cant be dry cleaned, they took it upon themselves to wash the items and shrunk them. They dry cleaned a cream colored sweater and gave it back to me with the fringes cream and the rest of the sweater dark beige. Did not take responsibility for ruining the sweater but told me the dark beige color is the base color of the sweater and gave it back to me
