The staff that works there has trouble doing the one job that they have and that is to take peoples clothes listen to what they want done with them and complete the task. Unfortunately they arent that good at that. As for the management, I spoke to the rudest most uneducated manager I have ever encountered in my life. She seem to have the knowledge, education level , and communication skills that barely superseded fifth-grader. Which I was able to assess while she was arguing with a customer (which a customer is always right) about how they didnt listen and did exactly what I asked them not to do. Oh and I was told verbatim "you can pick up your dry cleaning when it says to on the ticket " obviously in a snobby tone otherwise I would not have made this comment. Who ever the female manger was that worked at 1153 am on 28DEC2016 should be looking for a new job on 29DEC2016. Preferably a place that doesnt care how you speak to customers. I do not recommend any Brass Hanger Inc store in the PTC area for your laundering needs.

This hateful place doesnt deserve a single star. Now, Ive never actually been here, (nor will I ever think about stepping a foot in this building), but I have a friend who has been treated very poorly by the staff, and mostly by a certain staff member. My friend worked there for a few months but recently quit due to a considerable amount of verbal and emotional abuse caused by the very inconsiderate staff member. I wouldnt go here if my life depended on it. You never know what goes on behind closed doors.
