WARNING!!!! For anyone who is planing to use this cleaning service for alterations, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITTEN DETAILED ESTIMATE OF THE COST INCLUDING COST PER HOUR BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO THEIR SERVICES!!!!! They charge per hour which may result in a much higher charge then other businesses charge. Honesty DOES NOT seem to be their priority so MAKE SURE to get a written estimate because it will be their word against yours and I, the customer, was told I was wrong!!!!!!! The owner, Mr Long, informed me that I was "just another one of those customers who wants to get out of paying my bill". That was far from the truth. I am a paying customer who just wanted a fair price which I NEVER received up front. The owner informed me that he runs an "impeccable" cleaning service so why is this service not part of the the Better Business Bureau!!!!!!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE FOR ANY ALTERATION SERVICE,

Horrible experience. Over $9,000 bill for fire restoration service and I have ZERO clothes restored. Its now about 5 months after they picked up clothes, they have been paid in full and I have zero garments that were salvaged. The customer service was reprehensible and the manager Tom was very disrespectful, very rude, demanded money for his bill to be paid and then once they were paid they ceased to be responsive to my inquiries. STAY AWAY from these people unless you want to flush cash down the drain and get nothing for it.
