I was very disappointed to discovery Mac N Jac charges more money if they think your size to too big. They tack on more money without telling you when you bring in your cloths. They are already the most expensive place in town. I will pay more money for good work but do not nickel and dime a 30 year patron. You have just lost a customer.

Extremely Rude people. Was short and acted as if he was too busy to help me. I will be sure to advise all of my friends and family and anyone I know not to support them. Attitude is horrible. Find somewhere else. I will never return.

This dry cleaners had been doing excellent work. However, they changed employees, and the dry cleaning has not been the same. New employee named Jim is very rude and disrespectful--has no customer service skills.
