This place is horrible. The girl at the front is so rude and always on her phone. I would recommend using the local laundry mat before this place. They charged me additional fees for services that I never agreed to. I mean if you were not able to get the stain out, why not call and notify me before you do something that will cost me extra? I am assuming this is how they are making the majority of their profits, by quoting a price and then lying to the customer about not being able to clean their clothes, therefore having to go to drastic measures and extra charges, just for me to pick my clothes up in pretty much the same condition, if not worse, than when I dropped them off. Th chemicals they use are so cheap and it basically burns your clothing. To my knowledge certain chemicals should not be mixed and a legitimate cleaners should know this. I am not sure if anyone else has a problem with their dog running around the facility, but it barks at every passing customer and leads me to believe that he will come after me if I walk in. I wouldnt be surprised if it has bitten a child or customer previously. The In and Out cleaners is just all around unprofessional and they have no respect or sympathy when they have made countless mistakes. Thats exactly how they want you "In" and hurry up and get "Out. I am recommending everyone I know, to never use this cleaners. What a waste of space in that beautiful shopping strip!

Unbelievable. I went to pick up my laundry today and the girl at the front pulled out her phone to show me pictures of my shirts. She said after they pressed the shirts, because they were "too small," wrinkles were left at the bottom of all my shirts. She proceeded to explain to me, because my dress shirts were too small for the machine, they had to do wrinkle touch ups on my shirts and charged me $1.40 extra per shirt. Without speaking with me about first, of course. Im absolutely disgusted, as if the shirts being wrinkles once they got out of the press was my fault. The shirts werent wrinkled at all when I left with with In & Out Cleaners. It doesnt stop there. The girl told me that it was too much work and that they didnt want to launder my shirts anymore. I said okay, ill go somewhere else with my businesses. Ive used several other dry cleaners around the area. Not only did this take place, but I have a few other complaints too. They dont take American Express and if the charge is under $10, they wont take debit/credit card. This is 2015, right? The owner also allows a small, white, long-haired dog to roam around the store, which in my opinion is completely unsanitary to be around clothes. I wont be back and I suggest that anyone reading this to find somewhere else to get their dry cleaning done going forward.

Went to get buttons replaced on two shirts and a pair of shorts. One of the shirts needed two buttons replaced and when it was returned, there were still no buttons on the shirt. When I took it back to be fixed, the man tried to charge me for it. When I showed the receipt and that it wasnt done the first time he laughed at me, shrugged, then smiled and stared at me refusing to fix it for free. Also, the shirts button popped off

They seem a little pricey, as it cost me ~$14 bucks just to clean and press two pairs of pants and a shirt, but other than that I cant complain. They had them clean and ready to go in just one day, and had my clothes looking like they were brand new. I will probably go back next time I need dry cleaning, as theyre practically next door to where I live and work.
