Upon reading this post, owner finally called me to discuss this issue. The excuse was he was too busy the last two months to handle this issue and offered to have the shirt repaired and personally delivered to my doorstep. While I am very pleased to have my shirt back and repaired- I should have never had to deal with unprofessional work to begin with. Changing from 1 star to 2. ---------------------------------- -POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -POOR FOLLOW UP -POOR MANAGEMENT -POOR COMMUNICATION -LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY -LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM -DOES NOT FOLLOW TAG INSTRUCTIONS -NOT CUSTOMER-CENTRIC -EGOTISTICAL OWNER -WILL DESTROY YOUR CLOTHES -WILL NOT OFFER AN APOLOGY -STILL NO RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE 2 mo. LATER -WORST DRY CLEAN EVER On JUNE 12 I brought my fav blouse for stain removal and some button down long-sleeves to be dry-cleaned and steam pressed. Upon pick-up, my blouse was tattered and had holes and none of my button downs were dry cleaned or pressed. They were covered in a plastic bag as if theyd gone through a process, but it was very wrinkled and the clerk apologized and agreed that it was not appropriately processed and agreed to re-submit them. Even more distraught at the tattered blouse, the clerk called the owner (John Cho), who questioned the validity of my claims and began to tell me, "that is impossible, we are a very high-end cleaner and we deal with high-end blouses all the time". After continuing to explain the situation with his employee concurring, he asked me to leave the blouse for him to examine himself, and later texted me, "we do very expensive blouses (and a lot of them) and rarely have issues with them". He even denies that my clothes were wrinkled and continued to defend his point explaining the "seamless" process of his operation. He promised to follow up with a call and never did. He eventually texts (good enough I guess) and says that it is possible that the holes are from the dry clean process. I explained that I brought the blouse for stain removal ONLY and explicitly said NO DRY CLEAN per the tag, and his response, "Care labels are notorious for being incorrect.... And yes they did press your other clothes...All our clothes gets finished on the press..Maybe the inspection process fawked up." He continues to explain that he would not have this size (2 locations: 6355 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Sandy Springs & 1000 Whitlock Ave NW #100 Marietta) If he had a Sh**ty Operation. SO EVEN WITH PHOTO EVIDENCE AND HIS OWN EMPLOYEES TELLING HIM, HE STILL DENIES MY SHIRT WAS DESTROYED AND WERE NOT DRY CLEANED OR PRESSED. I returned to pick up for the second time and had the SAME issue, my button downs were not PRESSED nor Dry Cleaned. The clerk and I compared them to another set of clothes and we both agreed that my clothes were NEVER pressed and that the owner never personally looked at them. So, I picked up my non serviced clothes and was promised a resolution/reimbursement for the blouse that was destroyed... BUT IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS - NO RESOLUTION.

Customer service is a tough business, I get it, but this cleaner left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Have been in Atlanta for almost 8 years and have only had two dry cleaners up until 2 months ago when I came to this establishment. I brought 2 suits, a gray sport coat, and a winter coat. Picked up a week later. no big deal. Well, I came to realize one of my suit coats was missing. No big deal, Im sure the cleaners have it. I call and they say they dont have it. I look around the house again and find nothing. So, I make a trip to see if maybe they just didnt package the coat with the rest of the bundle. The woman at the front insisted that my coat was not there, and seemed to be making a point not to take a few extra minutes to look around. She even made the comment that someone else might have taken it by accident. Is that my fault? Sorry Peach Cleaners, but I havent lost a suit coat........ever. Cleaners have done a great job with my clothes since I have been down here, and I have had zero issues losing my clothes until I came to your place. The most disappointing part of all of this? Nothing has happened!!! My suit coat is gone and I have to just deal with it myself? Not a great business practice.

Took my new suit and girlfriends silk dress here as we were going to a wedding. My gf dropped the items off as she specifically wanted to tell them to take care with the fine pleating pattern on her dress. It came back ruined. It looked like they had just ironed the front of this dress, it was a disgrace. I was then worried so checked my suit, and fair enough some beer stains from a previous wedding had not been cleaned. The staff were confrontational when we went back. The lady said the dress had a design fault and the marks in my suit could not be removed. Stay well clear of this place, it will save you some pain.

I asked the owner if he could add another eye hole in a nylon belt for me. When he told me it would be $10 I questioned him, as I thought that sounded high. But agreed. When I picked it up today, he had punched the hold and burnt the nylon edges but did not put an eye in the hole, like the other holes have. I could have done that at home! When I asked him about it, he said it was fine as is. I told him I thought $10 was too much for something I could have done at home. He didnt care. I would not recommend this business.

I had been using this dry cleaner for years and never had a problem but just recently I had them dry clean 5 Ralph Lauren sweaters and they lost them. LOST THEM or "lost" who knows what they did with them. I drove back and forth to this place 5 times because the woman kept promising me she should have them the next time I came. She never did. Very rude. That is nearly $500 worth of sweaters that they have done something with and I will not get back. I do not recommend using this business.

This cleaners is the worst, most diorganized and unprofessional cleaners I have had the misfortunate to use. On two different occasionals there have misplaced my dry cleaning for over 3 weeks. They offered no apology and expected to be paid their full price after not having my items available in a timely matter.
