Recently, Quality Cleaners laundered my custom-made bed coverlet rather than dry cleaning it (ironically, there is another review with the same complaint). The item shrunk about three inches. After using this cleaners faultlessly for twenty years, this was their first serious mistake. Because I appreciated their previous work, I offered to absorb half the cost -- after all, it is a mom-and-pop establishment. They offered to stretch the spread, which they did three times, unsuccessfully. Yet, when I told them the coverlet still didnt fit and I wanted to purchase a store-bought spread (at one third the original cost), they balked and offered me less than 10% of the initial price. As I stated, they have done outstanding cleaning (and alterations) and I understand errors are made. However, I cannot patronize a business that does not accept responsibility for their mistakes.

This cleaners is operated by a MONEY HUNGRY OWNER who doesnt care about your dry cleaning...just his pockets. I took an expensive comforter to get it DRYCLEANED and he WASHED IT!!!!! When I confronted him about it...he said "What is the Difference?" Are you serious? He ruined my comforter! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I have taken several articles of clothing (dresses, skirts, blazers) to be cleaned and altered and they always do an amazing job and the prices are great! Would definitely recommend to anyone and wont take my clothes anywhere else!!!
