In preparation for putting my house up for sale, I had Bluegrass Chem-Dry clean the carpets. The results were as excellent as I had expected. But then, several days later, a minor disaster happened- after having the driveway seal-coated, some of the seal coat got tracked into the house and across the carpet. This is not fun stuff by any stretch- I was really worried that I was going to have to have several rooms of carpet replaced. But before panicking too much, I called Bluegrass Chem-Dry back up and had them come over ASAP to see what they could do. I wish it were possible to post pictures with the reviews, because they would be far more effective- I was amazed when after an hour of working on it they were able to COMPLETELY get the seal-coat off of the carpet. You cant even tell that it was ever there. I cant say enough good about how effective their cleaning is, and all of the staff that I talked to and worked in the house were friendly and courteous. Ill certainly be calling them back up when I need carpets cleaned again, and happily recommend them to anyone who asks.

We have been using Bluegrass Chem-Dry for personal and business apartment cleaning. They are very professional. With other companies they will charge you to clean something that cant come clean, but Bluegrass Chem-Dry is honest to tell you if they are not able to remove the damage to the carpet. That make us very happy with turning apartments since it can be costly. I use them at home since they are so good at what they do. I would refer them to every person with no doubt in my mind they will do a good job.

Im really, really happy with this locally-owned company. I called on a Monday (realizing with horror that we were having company on Saturday) and they were able to schedule me the same week. We have four cats and a dog who sheds ... our carpets are generally in pretty bad shape. Im amazed at how much better they look. The owner/operator is a friendly, helpful, quiet, trustworthy man. I highly recommend using this company.
