When I dropped my dry cleaning off I was really not impressed with the customer service and especially due to the lack of professionalism with the employees. Made me kind of uncomfortable to leave my suit. I was also expecting a phone call when the suit was done, but never received this call. When I went to pick up the suit, it was like the place had totally changed and had become professional and high quality. The only thing that changed was the time that I was at the store. When I dropped off the clothes I think it was college kids running the place but when I picked up the clothes it was adults.
