I was a loyal customer here for years and one of my cashmere sweaters from a recent dry cleaning came back with 6 large holes. I took the sweater back to the dry cleaners and was told that there was no guarantee and there was absolutely nothing she could do for me. Very disappointed at the customer service and disregard for a loyal customer.
