My experience with Best Cleaners was horrible!! My wife dropped off and article of clothing to be altered and was given a quoted price for the work. A couple of days later when she picked up her clothing, the price had increased 8 times the original quote! When she asked why the dramatic price change the owner of the business came to the front and began to scream at her very loudly. My wife was frightened be the owners actions and violent language towards her. She asked for her clothes back and that the owner honors the quoted price. The owner (Mr. Kim) again shouted at her and said that the only way to get her clothing was to pay the fee. This was clearly extortion!!! We have never had a business treat us this way and my wife was very scared of Mr. Kim the owner. Please take caution with this business and the owner (Mr. Kim) they are deceitful and unscrupulous. I will never return to Best Cleaners and will advise all of my friends and family to stay far away from the business and the owner. With the way he reacted with a simple business matter, he is clearly unhinged and could strike out at the next customer that has a disagreement with his business.

Very dissatisfied with their service and quality of work. This is not a good company to do business with and very overpriced. They completed an alteration on three pairs of jeans ($70.00 total). The alterations were not made to my expectations. They would not re-do them to make it right, nor would he give me my money back. If you want quality work and good customer service, find somewhere else to take your business.

Its great to find a dry cleaner that actually does the work "in-house" rather than sending it out somewhere. I forgot to drop off my cleaning and needed it the next day. They didnt question the quick turnaround and didnt charge an extra "premium". They had my cleaning done when they said they would. Happy to give them our business!
