We used this cleaners for a few months with no issue, except the fact that the women wouldnt hang up the cell phone while she is taking your clothes. Now we have a very expensive shirt that is missing from our dry cleaning. NOT only did they NOT care but the first two times we asked they didnt even hang up the cell phone before saying "NO we dont have it"...you mistaken ....you have it. The shirt has no tag and is tailored .... Cleaners lose clothes...it happens....but the arrogance of this manager and her refusal to have a conversation that makes sense it really frustrating. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO OWNS THIS Company....pretty sure he is not aware of the operation in his store

I have found this establishment to be overpriced for the area. Very nice owners and quality work, but language barrier hampers communication. I will be taking my cleaning elsewhere.
