I took my nearly new, white comforter to Lee Cleaners because I had gotten something on it. This was a dry clean only comforter, which I spoke to the proprietor about before leaving it there. When I picked it up, brought it home and took it out of the bag, I saw immediately that it was ruined. He had actually washed it in the washing machine and dried it in the dryer. The fabric was ruined, and the inside was all balled up and crooked...completely unfixable. I took it back to Lee Cleaners to show the proprietor my now ruined comforter and asked him to reimburse me for it. He said he washed it in the washing machine and dried it in the dryer because it was polyester and made in China. He actually read the tag to me that said "dry clean only". He insisted that there was nothing wrong with the comforter and refused to reimburse me for it even though it was through his actions that it was ruined. He absolutely did not care that the tag on the comforter said "dry clean only", or that I had specifically asked him to dry clean my comforter. He was very rude, cursing at me and telling me that I was crazy. This was a very intricate bed set, and no one in his right mind would even consider washing and drying it. I would not under any circumstance recommend this cleaner. He is dishonest and unethical in dealing with his patrons.

We have been taking clothes every week for the past 15 years to Mr. Lee. He always does a wonderful job. He makes repairs if needed, replaces buttons if they are broken and will do alterations. The clothes always smell fresh. Our former dry cleaner used a product that smelled if you prespired in it. He cleans the clothes onsite and does not farm them out somewhere else. They are always ready when he says they will be. I would highly recommend this cleaner.
