I passed by this place one day and saw they had a sign that said "Alterations", so I decided to take my pants (6 to be exact) there to be altered...they only needed taking in at the waist. When I went in to pick up my clothes and try them on, I was furious to see that I had 2 pleats in the back of each of my pants, and the lady who did the alterations said she does it like this all the time with no complaints...and she is the manager (or at least that is what she told me). Now, while I know nothing about sewing, I am certain that waist alterations should not be visible from the outside...and definitely not pleated on the outside. So, if you are considering using this place for alterations, please be forewarned that they have no idea what they are doing. And...if they put an "Alterations" sign on their window and cannot do a basic waist alteration, then I would be weary of letting them clean my clothes, as they are probably clueless in this area as well. However, if you insist on going here, at least tell the short lady with the highlighted blond hair (do not know her name) not to touch your clothes. Hope this saves someone a headache or two. ~Dee

i had a great experience with them, i first met with a woman at the front counter that was very nice and she asked me when i would like to pick my clothes up, i had 14 pieces so i wasnt in a rush, they had it ready less than a week and i double checked all of them they got my pen marks off my clothes. im very pleased with the service, price, and already am a returning customer.

This cleaners had the worst customer service that i have ever experienced. The female that works there is down right rude. Beware of her! I posted pictures

Cheap prices but your clothes will have a burnt smell. You get what you pay for.
