Karyn is the RUDEST manager. I contacted her due to a charge that was added to a coat we had dry cleaned (and had dry cleaned several times before hand with no additional charge). I told her we had been faithful customers for several years, to which she proceeded to look up our account information and DENY we had. (We have been going to them for at least 2 or more years and Im not sure why she felt it was important to "debunk" my statement since that wasnt the issue at hand) They may be the cheapest dry cleaner around the Florence area, but you definitely get what you pay for. Since our patronage wasnt important to them the past 2 years, I guess they wont mind us never coming back and going else where.

I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero stars. My 79 year old mother took my sons coat to be dry cleaned and the lady said it was too muddy (dried mud) and then flung my sons $300 coat off the counter like it was garbage. She talked to my elderly mom very disrespectful and made her feel really bad. Then the lady called the other store this place owns and told them all about it in case my mom came in the other store. I know because my mom called the other store to ask if they could clean it.

Just picked up a comforter that was supposed to be altered for a hole and cleaned. They have had it for a month when we called to check if everything has been done they said yes its been ready for pickup. We picked it up and the just layed the comforter out on the bed and the hole that we paid to get altered is still there. They charged us $37 and didnt even fix anything....

Horrible promised my clothes would be ready next day for my trip. They were not done was told plant had closed early because someone got sick. Was promised a store credit for inconvenience when went to pick up clothes was told they have no idea who would have promised me such a thing
