I took in a jacket and a dress on a Tuesday to be dry cleaned and they said theyd be ready after 3 on Friday. When I went back Friday, they told me they only accepted cash and checks (I missed the sign on the register, I guess), so I had someone go get them for me, but they said hey had to reclean my dress and it wouldnt be reads until Monday. That would have been fine if they had told me when I first went to pick it up or if theyd called me (they had my phone number). Finally I went back to get the items on Monday and when I got home, there was a white residue all over the dress. Not wanting to go back a fourth time, I tried to get it off myself, but some of it is still there. Really unimpressed with the service and the quality of the work.

Brought in a pair of pants to have a new zipper put on the pants. Paid $11 in advance and told to come back in a week. We gave them 2 weeks. When my husband went to use the pants, the zipper was never replaced, it was the same zipper, broken teeth on the zipper as before. We brought the pants back, and were given the run around asking if we were sure. We asked for our money back and told they couldnt, and they were going on vacation so if I wanted to come back in a month when they returned they would talk to the owner. I asked for satisfaction and the woman said she would leave a note but that there was nothing they could do.

Wonderful, friendly service. I was sick with a sinus infection so my mom picked up my daughters coat. No problem, even without her having the ticket. Will definitely come back to if we need dry cleaning services.

How many dry cleaners will sew a button on for no charge if they find one missing? Ive had hundreds of shirts done here and every one perfect. Great folks that do a great job!!
