A+ Customer Service should be their name! The owner single-handedly saved our wedding. We were supposed to pick up the the grooms and my sons suits on the day of our wedding. We mistakenly thought they closed at 3 but when we arrived at 2:30 to our horror they closed at 2. . After nursing into hysterical sobs I stayed calling other stores in surrounding cities until I found one that had the ownerowners cell number. She called the owner who graciously agreed to open back up at 4 to give us our suits, even though. My husband and soon were able to walk down the aisle in their sites and we were married in a beautiful ceremony. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Horrible customer service! Damaged my comforter, used my store receipt that I attached to their claim form and returned MY comforter to the store without my permission and without even telling me. All I wanted was my comforter REPLACED but they now want me to accept a store gift card to a store who no longer carries the comforter. I would never recommend!
