I had taken my wifes wedding gown to be cleaned on a Friday to be picked up Tuesday afternoon for pictures as a special one-year anniversary gift to my wife. Monday morning I was called and told that it was "not taken to be cleaned over the weekend" and "could not be finished in time". When I came to pick it up they explained it would have never been completed by Tuesday due to the material and beading. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time so that I could have pursued alternative arrangements. In short, my expectations were managed poorly and the front desk staff were not terribly knowledgeable about prerequisites for their own cleaning process.

Still waiting for a phone call and some resolve after losing a pair of my husbands pants that were supposed to be dry-cleaned over a month ago.. Was told he would contact us. Another pair of pants that were sent to their seamstress for repair has now been lost. No one seems to know what to do. I would suggest to anyone looking for a drycleaning service to stay away from here. Could have been resolved without a negative review had we just received a phone call, or reimbursement.

Dropped off shirts and pants via the drop box and went to pick them up, guess what no pants. Was told they would have them the next day and guess what no pants again. Its a shame they lost a customer and I will not be going back. The new owners dont seem to care about their customers. Good luck if you use them maybe you will have a better experience.
