As this is the closest dry cleaners to my house, I have given this place many chances to get my shirts right. Every time I go in to drop off shirts or retrieve them the attendant is outside smoking and makes me feel like she is in a rush to get back to her cigarette. No one there is friendly. I even had a shirt lose a button after dropping it off there and no one fixed it, told me about it, or apologized for it. The sleeves were never creased and the "heavy" starch was unacceptable. The last straw for me happened today when I attempted to drop a couple shirts off for your advertised "same day service before 9" when I got there at 8:55 the attendant told me the guy had already left. There was no apology, no care, and certainly no good will; all of these traits that a customer service representative should portray. Needless to say I will be going out of my way to get my shirts dry cleaned by professionals and I would suggest anyone who wants to LOOK professional to do the same!

I have lived in several different cities and have had my clothes laundered, pressed, and occasionally dry cleaned for at least the past 4 years as I am in sales and require professional looking attire. I have never had such an unsatisfactory experience. From the rude employees, to the paper falling apart on the hangers, and finally a lack of listening to me (the customer). I asked for 12 shirts and 5 pair of pants to be pressed and use heavy starch. I didnt even have creases in the sleeves of my button down dress shirts. I dont believe they used any starch as my shirt was wrinkled 30 minutes into wearing it. This is the closest dry cleaner to my new house, but I will never send my laundry there again. I dont recommend you do either. Maybe some new management/employees are in order.

This place is trash. They overcharge for poor service and work. They dont even do it themselves, they ship it out. It is just a store front. The people here are apathetic, lack any real customer service attitude (I have many years experience in different aspects & fronts of the industry), and nothing about any visit here has ever been pleasant or convenient. Do yourself a favor and go down Erie to Cleaner Concepts. They are nothing short of fantastic every time. Fair prices, and quick (often same day!) service.
