I took a brand new Tommy Bahama polo shirt to them to be laundered and when I went to pick it up, it was damaged. I told them that it had never been cleaned previously, but they denied responsibility and when I tried to address it with the owner, she called me a liar and said that I knew the shirt was already damaged before I brought it to them. When I told her that I would never come back, she replied "good". Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I am sure that we could have worked out a reasonable solution with any rational business owner who actually cared about repeat business from her clientele.

This use to be the best place in town. Now there are new people who over charge and dont get the job done correctly. I paid $29 to get a shirt hemmed and Im pretty sure they did nothing. I argued with them that it didnt look right. The old owners would have redone it and made sure it was correct.
