If I could give 0 stars I would...but Goggle must want us all to be politically correct. I was disappointed in their customer service when a problem arouse, since I had used them several times before. Apparently they change staff often and this bunch is the most unprofessional of them all!! They put a stain in my lab coat, did not tell me and in fact blamed it on me when the stain did not even match up with what they said I must have done. Then they proceeded to take me through hell trying to get it resolved. A former employee stated they would pay me for it, wrote it up on a receipt and gave me a date to pick it up. She magically quit before I came back. After almost two weeks of not having my garment, the money I paid to get it cleaned nor the money they promised me; I finally got to speak with the owner who is an ASS and clearly thinks women are beneath him. Needless to say I got my money I paid to get it cleaned back and a lab coat that I cannot wear anymore in professional settings. Dont go to these people if you value your clothing and serenity. Oh, the language barrier is another huge difficulty...dont stress yourself out.

I recently moved to this area and thought I would try a new cleaners. I wish I would have never stepped foot in this place. They charged me a arm and a leg for nothing. I had 2 garments that needed to be altered. Not only did they charge me an arm and a leg but they did not fix the garments but instead left the pins in them and hid them so that I would think the garment was fixed until I put them on for work and realized it had not been done. I will never step foot here again and if you are looking for a cleaners, never spend your hard earned money here! You have been warned!

They shrunk an older but still nice sweater. Ok fine, mistakes happen. But I had to fight with them about the damage, they could not fix it. They said it was old and they would just give me my money back. Terrible customer service, I will not be back. Use them at your own risk.

I recommend these guys because theyre pretty friendly and do a great job! My clothes definately smell and feel better once I get them back compared to when Ive gone to other dry cleaners.
