I just had one of the best all around experiences as a customer in my life today with Atlas. I came in Friday morning of Memorial Day weekend. First...I asked them if they could turn around my dry cleaning order same day and they were able to! Second...when I went to pick up I called ahead to get my order ready bc I had dogs in my car. They told me they were dog friendly and I could bring them in! Third...Bc my hands were full with two dogs, they helped carry my clothes to my car. I will never dry clean with anyone else.

Ive never actually visited this place of business, but somehow accidentally left a one star review. I did not realize this until the owner went out of his way to reach out to me, he was very concerned about my "negative experience." Google wont let me take my review down, but it will let me edit it. Five stars for customer service. They definitely care and want to make sure you leave happy :)

I called around because I was stuck in Newport KY, the problem was I spilled some coffee on my shirt and had a meeting the next day at 10 am and forgot to bring a new shirt that would match so I was stuck with this shirt. Luckily I got a hold of Atlas Dry Cleaners and they got my shirt perfectly cleaned by the end of the day!! I think they felt sorry for me.

The customer service is excellent and the clothing always comes back just the way we like it. My husband likes his shirt sleeves creased and the team at Atlas never forgets his preferences. The pick up and delivery service is extra nice, too.

Wasnt obvious to me, but this is a cash only place. Would have given it more stars if the staff made that clear and was more helpful when I walked in the door. They seemed a little complacent.
