This Staffmark location does not even deserve one star. I had already interviewed with DHL and since they hire through Staffmark, I had to complete paperwork with them in order to start work at DHL. I called more than 40 times (and no, that is not an exaggeration nor is it an error) with no answer and no returned phone call. Furthermore, Ive worked with DHL through Staffmark for a little over a month now and they did not pay me for Thanksgiving day. After attempting to call 23 times, someone finally answered the 24th attempt then proceeded to talk over me and argue with me saying that I do not get holiday pay. DHL HR had already confirmed that I should get paid for it. After another 10 attempts, I finally got an answer and they processed my pay for that day. It is now 5 days later and I still have not received pay. Staffmark personnel proceed to talk over me and are generally argumentative. The ONLY polite and helpful professional at this location is Kellie Stowe, but she is extremely busy. If you have to use this Staffmark, work with Kellie Stowe.
