Terrible office place. I turned in paper work and everything and they said to take a seat and they will call me back for an interview. They literally had me sitting in that hot office from 9am to 1pm. I was literally hot, hungry, and frustrated. I didnt eat because I didnt think itll be that long. These people have no respect for anyone. Dont u dear degrade yourself to apply with these folks. I was almost in tears from the stress of finding work, and being starved and about to die of heat stroke. I finally charged out of that horrible place, got something to eat, and did not look back. If they were going to take this long, their system needs to be we will call you to schedule a time or when we are ready for you. Nope, I was told to just come in before a certain time and this is what I get. I will never degrade myself down to these people again. I was disgusted and felt completely disrespected by these people. These people do not care about anyone. Find a new system on how you all conduct your interviews instead of having people waiting all day for nothing.

Worst experience ever. First I showed up normally on a Friday fill out all their paperwork. I had to wait 1 hour to be interviewed by the time I was finally interviewed Danielle tells me they have no jobs available. The only job she wanted to offer me was outside in the hot sun all day. So I tried a different automation location to see if they have jobs in other areas. When they pull my info up in the system they tell me they cannot located it that it was not processed. Danielle never processed any of my paperwork in the system after I left Friday. So I had to callback several times between Monday thru Wednesday she picks up the phone and leaves me on hold for 9 minutes and never comes back. I called back again and asked to speak to a manager Lisa Henderson she explained to me that my information is going to be put into the system within 20 minutes. So I have to call back again in 20 minutes. Horrible experience, horrible customer service.

Automation in Morrow is a great office but there is one employee that gives them a bad name, her name is Tanisha. Tanisha is very rude, has poor customer service skills and shouldnt be aloud to conduct orientation. When you call the office and ask her how shes doing, she sighs and pauses and act as if you just curse her out, then she says she is placing you on hold but hangs up on you. She talks so fast that every one in orientation has to ask her to repeat what she just said, she comes across like she thinks shes better than others. She rushes through the interview talking fast like she just wants to get it over with. Tanisha is the type of person that need to be trained again on phone etiquette and customer service. If you would like to work for Automation thats fine I just hope she is no longer there so that you can have a better experience. (JW)

During orientation the lady said if we dont answer our phone then she will put us down as "ND" (not dependable) When they called me to tell me about a job I wasnt able to answer my phone because I have another job. So I called back and lady tells the position has already been filled. How so when you just called me? Smh. So make you all are looking out for their call.

Very unprofessional not organized the receptionist at the front desk doesnt know how to do her paperwork or pass on documents to the recruiters in the back make you sit outside from the beginning of the appointment at 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and then forget that to give your paperwork to anybody.
