DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE In trying to find a house to rent, they WOULD NOT ever call me back. I had to pursue them CONSTANTLY. Most (not all, but most) of their employees and agents were rude and snotty with me trying to get information about a property and very unwilling to help even though I was trying to GIVE THEM MONEY as a POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. After I signed a lease, it went even farther downhill. These people dont care anything about you. All you are to them is some other cash bag in their money farm to be exploited and drained for all youre worth. They will go out of their way to spy on your property and find things to fine you or charge you more money over. I am EXTREMELY happy to be finally moving out and not be under these peoples rule anymore and would caution anyone out there to think twice before doing ANYTHING with these people. STAY AWAY. Its not worth it. And to property owners looking for an agency to act as middleman for you, CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE. These people are horrible.

I am really glad that I chose Elizabeth Kirks (Remax Legend - Buford, GA) to handle a short sale for my house. After losing my job due to corporate re-structuring, I had no option but to sale my house. She came in on time, took pictures and explained to me what to expect during the short sale process. What really amazed me is that her marketing skill. The bank was not easy to work with and pushed 3 buyers out with their nonsense counter offer. However, I always had another buyer within a week or less than a week. Elizabeth never gave up and kept pushing until the bank finally approved the short sale. The other great thing is that I always got a response in a very short time. I am really grateful for what shes done. I was on the verge of foreclosure but she helped me avoid that. God bless you.

Townome that I rented was dirty upon my move-in; carpet, stove, bathrooms. Not the experience that I expected as far as move in condition of the rental, especially when I left my apartment in pristine condition and exhaustedly had to go right into cleaning the townhouse.
