I had a woman from this realty firm contact me a few months ago about a house I was interested in buying. What an experience. She was a complete dolt and insulting on top of it. She expected that I would meet all of her demands to acquire this property which was in the $300K range. Yeah I really want to pay some realtor thousands of dollars for the opportunity for them to open the door on some property for me. And considering I had contacted the builder to begin with. I wont do business with the jerk realtors especailly in this housing market. Another point is there are more $300K homes than one can shake a stick at.
