Ive known Blake for a few years now and can say without a doubt he is one of the top real estate agents in town. Several of my friends have purchased homes through him, and have been extremely happy with the process. I work at a Title Company and work with Blake daily and have never been unimpressed with him. His clients always have raving things to say about him, and most of them stay friends after the home buying/selling process is over. He makes sure to stay involved in all of his deals, and keeps his clients updated on everything so that they rest assured their home buying/selling experience is as smooth as possible. He spends as much time is needed with each individual client, whether it be a single person moving to a new town, a family needing a bigger house to expand their family, or an elderly couple looking to downsize after they become empty nesters. I have seen him dedicate all his time to each client. His is skilled at market research and negotiating in order to find the best fit for his clients. Where Blake stands out to me is in the fact that he doesnt just look for a deal...he wants the best possible situation for his clients and will do whatever it takes to make them happy; it isnt about him, but about the experience for his clients. He knows the market and is honest about the price and condition of your home, but he allows you to decide what works best for you (where you price and what updates/repairs/staging you want to do). Another thing that sets him apart is his marketing ability. First, the quality of the photos of your home is amazing. It truly markets the home in a very positive light. He is very active in using social media and other web-based marketing. He also uses technology to make showings/listings very convenient to be aware of and confirm. Blake was great to work with. I contacted him while the house was having updates done, before I was even ready to sell. He was very patient as the renovations took much longer than originally expected. As soon as the house was ready we received an offer within 24 hours of being on the market for 99% of our asking price. I would definitely recommend Blake.
