This review is for Kevin Milligan at Manausa Realty. I am a young widow with an 11 month old baby. I live in Atlanta, but decided to relocate to Tallahassee after my husbands death. My sister attends FSU, and this way I wouldnt live alone. It was my first time purchasing a home. I know absolutely nothing about realty, and had no idea how intensive the process is. Kevin was my saving grace. I had several recommendations for realtors in the Tallahassee area sent to me by family. I decided to do my own research and came upon these reviews for Manausa Realty. I noticed that they were overwhelmingly positive and many of them were about a realtor named Kevin. I decided to give him a call. Now, I wasnt purchasing a particularly expensive house, and Im very young. That combination would usually make me a less than desirable client, or at least less of a priority. Right away, I felt like a VIP client. I felt very comfortable that he would actually do real work FOR me, and for my interests, not his. I cant describe to you how wonderful he is. He was in CONSTANT communication with me from start to finish, even when I had anxieties about the closing very late at night. He was well-researched on the homes he showed us, and I could tell he had actually put in work to find us a good fit. He was there for me every step of the way, and even took care of things that arent necessarily the realtors responsibility. He made my life, and the purchase of this house, exponentially easier on me. I compare him to the other professionals employed throughout the process of buying the house, and the difference is stark. My mom, who has bought some 13 houses, was beyond impressed with him. It seems Kevin takes the dedication and commitment involved in being a member of the Navy and applies it to his job as a realtor. There are really no words for me to describe how much I would recommend him. Really, he was fabulous. When our closing had a very slight hiccup (100% not his fault), we had to beg him to leave for the beach vacation with his wife that he was getting more and more late for. We were in the capable hands of Danny Manausa and the team at Manausa Law, but Kevin was determined to be there for us. I feel like people reading this are going to think this review is too good to be true, but I cant tell you how grateful I am to Kevin and what a great person and realtor he is. I dont even understand how he can take such care and time for each individual client. I felt like his top priority. He is now my realtor for life!

I am one of those people that believe that if a Client or customer receives poor or Inadequate service, the manager should be informed to allow them to better train the employee, revise service policy or somehow correct the situation. Conversely, if someone receives good service, the manager should also be told to allow them to reward the employee. It is my happy task to inform you of a very knowledgeable and professional employee. I was referred to Joe Manausa Real Estate and Lindsey Begue by a friend in this area. I was looking for a home for me to purchase and retire. I called Ms Begue and we talked for about 30 minutes while she asked for details on what type of property I was searching to buy, as well as where. I felt that she understood what I was looking for. Within several hours, she sent me a listing for a property. As we started to discuss my options, it was apparent that this listing was exactly what I had described. As I asked questions, she knew the region and area. As we began the purchase offer process, it was clear that she she knew the process and procedures necessary to accomplish the deal. I am not that familiar with purchasing Real Estate but I do recognize competence. I felt that she completely understood both the deal process, as well as my needs as a purchaser. Throughout the process she helped my understand the process and very patiently helped me to understand the system and what we needed to do next. When I had a question, she knew the answer or did the research to find the answers. She was very patient and I had confidence in her abilities throughout the process. Once we came to the closing, her real professionalism emerged. We were working with an exceptional closing agent, Tiffany. Lindsey was confronted with a variety of issues and difficulties that seemed to me to be insurmountable and kill the deal. However, Lindsey (and Tiffany) continued to address each issue to resolution. I was most comfortable with her positive attitude and refusal to accept failure. Her knowledge of the system finally won out and we finally reached closing. I am confident that we were able to close because of Lindseys (and Tiffany)s expertise and professionalism. I will gladly continue to give her name and number to people looking to buy property in the area. I am very happy I found Ms. Begue to work with and the entire team at Joe Manausa Real Estate including Kevin Milligan and Cay Newel. Toying with the idea of selling a home in todays market was quite intimidating. My family and I truly adored our home, which we purchased over nine years ago. At that time, we were a family of four. Now, a family of five we found our charming home cozy but a bit too small. This past summer we decided to seriously explore the idea of purchasing a home with the much needed additional space. In searching for a creditable real estate agency we took in consideration a number of desirable qualities and traits: problem solver mindset, engaging personality, attention to detail, and above average understanding of the local housing market. The decision was not a difficult one. We found the right choice posted in plain view right next door--a red, white, and blue sign that boldly displayed Joe Manausa Real Estate. Besides, the neighbors house sold within a week of hitting the market! I was oddly convinced that the red, white, and blue could very well be indicative of ones pursuit of the American dream. Joe Manausa Real Estate Team stood out above the rest. Their social media presence was strong. A few computer clicks later I was enthralled by Joe Manausas user friendly web site, which offered real time updates and access to experienced agents right at my fingertips. Evidently, a lot of work went into each and every one of their listings. We were fortunate to speak with Lindsey. She promptly arranged a time for us to meet face to face and introduced us to the "buyer team." We were concerned that our house, which was located in a neighborhood with countless similar homes on the market would be tough to sell. Kevin confidently answered questions, provided objective data, and supplied tons of info on comps in the area. He most certainly possessed the engaging personality and expertise that we were searching for. Cays attention to detail and helpful reminders were pivotal to helping the process run smoothly. Lindsey was there throughout the entire process. She went beyond the call of duty in providing superb customer service by walking us through every step of the closing process. Ultimately, I realize it isnt always easy to sell a home, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
