I am in need of a rental house. I responded to an ad on a linked web site. This company had a house for rent. I went through the nonsense way to get in touch with them. They didnt provide a phone number. I got no response. The house I was looking at had been on line for 1 day. At the end of the day I sent another e-mail. Again by lunch the next day no response. On the 3rd day I found the agents name Judy Chin. I called he cell number obtained from her info on the office web site. I called and her phone was no longer in service. So I decided to just call the office and make an appointment for a showing. All they did was take my contact info and told me someone would call me. Another day goes by. Nothing. I call back one more time and was told ," If I had a problem with a property you need to text. I explained I wanted to rent a property again, And was told it has an application on it. I thought it was strange because she didnt even know what property I wanted. This is just bizarre. Oh yeah they have a 3.0 rating on google, with 4 reviews. 2 of which are done by there staff. I think I adverted a bad landlord. To bad for them, i always pay my lease in full when I sign it.

Paul Du and Amanda Yu both work for Crye-Leike at the Norcross office. Paul was 30 minutes late for our closing appointment. Unprofessional. Both were very difficult to work with. Their goal was to get as much money out of you as they can. I left the room crying at closing. They play hard ball and will not work with you, will not negotiate. They want what they want and do not care if they steps all over you to get it. Its their way or the highway. Theyre unrealistic in their expectations and ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend either realtor. Highly advise to stay away! Horrible! The buyer on our house decided to go out of the country for a month knowing we had a closing date set for the month before. Paul Du and Amanda Yu said they wanted $3,000 for us to fly the buyer back to the U.S. to close on the house. They wanted $500 to fix the window when it only costed $70. They then wanted $3,000 because we removed the towel holder from the bathroom which was not in the amendment for the buyer to have. They then wanted $3,000 because they said their client was afraid we would drive our car through the wall. Who thinks like this?!?!

I called the Norcross, GA office. I was answered and spent 30 seconds telling her what property I was interested. She said hold on and put me on hold. It has been 30+ min, so hanging up. I do not mind if someone would state they need to call me back or take a message. I just got placed on hold. This is not professional and will avoid their company ion the future.
