Aug 2010 I moved into 1 of her properties in Griffin, GA, First off she stated that the property was totally electric, i did not know much about Griffin so i asked her where did I need to go to get my utilities. She told me the city of Griffin Building.Well the city of Griffin only service water, electricity, and sanitation. So again, give me the impression that the property is totally electric. When our water service was connected, I realize we did not have hot water. I called her with the problem, she sent a guy out, he eventually came to the conclusion there was no gas service. She told me that the handyman charged her $75.00, and that she would have to charge me half because there was nothing wrong with the hot water heater.I told her I have never heard of such a thing for TENANTS having to pay for a service charge. She threaten me with a Law Suit for a balance of $37.50. I asked for a copy for the bill, she said he did not give her 1, that he simple told her & she could get 1 from him. When i received the invoice, i immediately Google the phone # & address. Well it turned out to be 1 of her FAMILY MEMBERS address that is on the SEX OFFENDER LIST!!! SHE WILL SCAM UP & TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU ANYWAY SHE CAN!!! BEWARE!!

I have rented for from Gena Ford for many years and she is great. I have also known Gena for 20 + years. Over the years Gena has dealt with many different types of people. She manages properties for several investors and works very hard for all of them. When it comes to real estate in Griffi, GA you cannot go wrong with Gena.
