Ive spent the last week working with agent Jeff McCrary to ready my home for sale. Jeff has made what would otherwise be a tedious process simple and highly effective. As an attorney working within the constraints of the billable hour system, Im especially appreciative of Jeffs willingness to happily coordinate and supervise the "de-cluttering" and "fix-up" process of my home in my absence. Having an agent I trust has allowed me to go on with my own business, knowing that everything is in good hands. Jeffs connections have enabled me to find an excellent contractor on short notice to fix a few odds and ends that Ive neglected, as well as have professional photographs taken for the listing at no cost to me. Mary Charles in the firms marketing department did a great job producing a flier that catches the eye, and she was quick and responsive with my overly-picky "attorney" edits. Jeff McCrary--Jeff was recommended to us when we decided to purchase a home. My wife & I felt very comfortable with Jeff & we were immediately taken under his wing. He carried us through the whole house purchase experience with complete ease & professionalism. Jeff handled everything, & I mean everything, from the scheduling of the survey, the oversight of the home inspection & everything in between. This is our second house purchase & it was a completely different experience form the first time around. If only wed had Jeff as our realtor the first time. He was available to us at any point via phone, email, and even in person. Throughout the entire house purchase experience, we felt that we were being cared for & looked after. Jeff also took care of renting out the house we were moving out of. He arranged for a professional photographer to come out & take pictures of our house to post online for rent. He oversaw the appointments & interviews of all renter applicants as well as the finalization of the contract for the chosen renter. We will gladly refer Jeff McCrary to our friends & family and have already had an opportunity to do so with one of our neighbors!

Anna Wynne Stephens was our Realtor for the selling of our first home. Not only was Anna professional, organized, and attentive to our questions and concerns, but she also guided us through the selling process and managed to sell our home in 48 hours. Anna stressed to us the importance of making our home "show" ready. Anna would not put her sign in front of our house until the house was in the condition she felt would sell in our market. Anna recommended minor changes to the house, and we spent very little on improvements. Most of the changes involved cleaning out a large amount of extra "stuff" in our house. When we were finished, my husband and I were left with a very clean, crisp and appealing home that we wanted to move in to! Needless to say, the day our sign went out saying "for sale" our phone was ringing and Anna was able to bring in two offers on our home. We were thankful for Annas expertise on show ready condition and quality in a house. We were very pleased with the selling process. We plan on using Anna for all of our future home sales. We had a similar positive experience with Alden Potts at DORSEY ALSTON. As a first-time home buyer, I used Alden Potts to purchase my home. Three years later my husband and I called on her expertise when we decided to sell our Buckhead home...she did a fantastic job! We had an offer on our house its 1st day on the market! I doubt that we would have met with such quick success in this economy had she not spent the time with us beforehand to arrange furniture, organize closets, freshen paint, and identify repairs and issues that we could address before they could become "deal breakers" for potential buyers. We are now house-hunting and cannot imagine trying to navigate this process without Alden--she previews houses to save us time and provides details on the neighborhood, schools, construction materials, major repairs vs. minor repairs, and many other things that we might not think to ask! I have known Jeff since 2001 and have worked with him on 2 real estate purchases and have also engaged his expertise in renting out a property. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, and his attention to detail is amazing. As a first time homebuyer several years ago, Jeff was in close contact with me every step of the way, and made what can be a stressful experience very easy. Most recently, I needed to find new tenants for a rental. Jeff went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to find new tenants, even coming to show the property at 9am on a Sunday morning! He has managed a very labor intensive move out/move in process perfectly and has ensured that everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. Jeff McCrary - Dorsey Alston - Jeff provided an incredible buying experience for my wife and I and we would absolutely recommend him (and have already). He was extremely accommodating to our hectic schedules despite having many clients with similar needs and met with us on many weeknights and weekends (and in one case drove waaaaay out of his way to get a signature to help facilitate an offer). He was extremely knowledgeable about the the areas where we were looking and provided lots of local knowledge that were key in our decision. Jeff knows the buying and selling process as well as anyone. He has a great network of resources (inspectors, etc.) that deliver high end results up to Jeffs level. He put our interests first and was transparent throughout the entire process. I would strongly recommend interviewing Jeff and asking about his process in person.

We began working with Jeff in 2008 to sell our house. Despite the fact that the market turned horribly down, he never gave up and was always coming up with new strategies to make our house stand out in a crowd. Jeff was always accessible and made us feel as if we were his only clients even though we knew he had many. Over the course of our transactions, he really got to know our kids who in turn referred to him as "Uncle Jeff." Not only did he successfully sell our house (while fully managing challenging buyers), but he also negotiated a lease and then helped us buy our new home.
