First off, I would like to say that having Motz Real Estate involved in the sale of our house was, on a scale of one to ten, a solid ten plus. Nick Motz’s experience as a Real Estate Broker and Contractor was perfect for our situation. The house was in need of some repairs and updating. Nick provided a presentation based on an analysis of our area and the current condition of the house that turned out to be on target. His projected selling price was higher than what we had considered. During the process Nick’s communication was always timely and complete, and he made sure that we understood all of the documents prior to signing. If I should require a real estate agent in the future, Motz Real Estate will be my first and I strongly believe my only stop.
