We have had such a wonderful experience with William Sheehan. A few years ago he helped us purchase our first home. We were first time home buyers, he was a great help and walked us through everything we needed to know for buying our first home. We just recently and unplanned found a home we were interested in and decided to call William again to set us up with a walk through. Within a couple of hours we were inside what would be our new house talking about what type of offer we were going to place on the home. He was very helpful in making all the decisions that were needed as far as choosing an amount to offer that was reasonable. Within less than a week we found the house we wanted, and our offer has been accepted all with Williams help. We are also planning on using him for selling our current home which we are very excited about because we know he is the best man for the job! We could not be more happy with the professional and wonderful customer service that we have recieved throughout this whole process. We will definitely use this company & William in the future for all of our home buying needs.

Will Sheehan is top shelf. He absolutely knows his profession and he just goes the extra mile for his clients. From what I saw hes the type of guy that will give you the same level of service if you are buying a million dollar home or a $100,000 home. I respect that. What struck me most about Will is he treats you like you are his only client, when you know that cant be the case. At the same time Will gave us the tough advice we needed to hear by walking away from a home we loved when the price got too high. Was a difficult decision at the time because of the emotions, but absolutely the right call. Look at these reviews. None of the feedback here is negative. Thats not an easy accomplishment and speaks to the high quality service Will provides.
