Felicia has picked up my call a number of times and helped me through questions and issues I needed to work through. Ken, GRECs education director, went above and beyond to help get our school and courses set-up. Its my third time here. Every time I come they need a new document since they dont know how to answer questions in full. I rushed over here and got here at 4:20 PM. Theyre supposed to close at 4:30 PM but they were long gone by the time I got there. Ill give it a fourth shot!
