These people are terrible!!!!!! If there was a way to give negative stars I would. We were with another management company and then they transferred the property to Berkshire Hathaway. We like the house so we stayed. What a mistake! Anna in the office is the nicest person I dealt with. Pam Wentzel never returns emails or phone calls. She will call and patronize you for not doing it if you dont return her calls, though. We called to let them know about our broken garage door. No Response. We called to let them know Arrow had found evidence of termites. No Response. Theresa Colins was a nightmare to deal with. They approached us about moving out early so they could sell the house in the summer market, despite us having another 6 months on our lease. We accommodated them. Rushed through the house buying process which was very stressful. But was actually way LESS stressful than dealing with Berkshire Hathaway. They agreed verbally that we should receive our security deposit since we were being rushed through vacating the property, well that was a lie. Always get it in writing. After we moved out they used every excuse in the world to whittle our security deposit. They even tried billing us for the NEXT MONTH. Despite the fact that we had already vacated the premises and had signed a lease addendum to vacate the premises without penalty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANNA LIVE IN A HOME THAT WILL HAVE NEGLECTED REPAIRS AND/OR YOU JUST DONT WANT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK OR JUST LIKE HEADACHES.

They will create some ridiculous reason to hold on to any portion of your deposit, regardless of your efforts to show proof that youve done everything required to get your full deposit back. And when you call to ask whats happened, suddenly no one is available, no one responds to your emails, no one returns your calls and you are sent to a black hole. Completely unprofessional.

I just moved into my apartment and was told by the owner everything was going to be fixed nothing was done when it was time to move in. I have to paint the hood thats over the stove and the bathroom sink need to be paint and new blinds smell like rat piss floor sink in and I got to put up a mirror in the bathroom. overall Im unhappy I will never rent from them again no
