I made a generous offer through my buyers agent and Wallace and Wallace did not bother to respond to my offer . After a discussion with my realtor on the phone and two hours afterward they received my offer price of the home was raised10K. We also asked for a multiple offer form which they did not send. I will not do business with Coldwell Banker in Knoxville. My offer was generous based on the average sold home within one mile. At least give me the courtesy of responding. Thumbs down to Coldwell Banker!
