My wife and I did not have the greatest experiences with prior realtors. We knew Harry and found out that he was a realtor. Since we were looking to sell our home and interested in buying another, we decided to give Harry a try. By far, it was a fantastic decision over all. Harry had our home listed and sold within 10 days of listing. At the same time, Harry was able to negotiate a wonderful deal on our new home and was able to arrange for the closings on both homes to be done at the same office on the same date. On top of that all, Harry was able to negotiate things (things we never thought of) in our offer that turned out being beneficial to my wife and I. My wife and I were worried that Harry would end up being like all the other realtors who were only concerned about making the sale and getting their commission, but he proved us wrong in so many ways that if I had to do it all over again, I would select him again, no questions asked. Harry really cares about getting you the best price for your home, assisting you with any questions or concerns, and negotiating the best deal possible when it comes to your new home. Even when it came to dealing with the Lenders and Insurance company, I was receiving emails requesting different documents that I had no idea what they were. After placing a call to Harry, I find out that there was nothing for me to do. Harry was just finishing up sending them the information they had requested. He was already handling the situation before I could even figure out what it was they were asking for. You can not ask or find better service than that.
