I came up from St.Augustine,fl Saturday to say good bye to my best friend and brother in arms Ralph Medlock.. I noticed the announcement booklet Barretts handed out had a very obvious flaw in Ralphs picture.I find this absolutely appalling under the circumstances,and just had the overall feeling this was just another job to get finished.The building itself looked unkempt and just drab, and the final insult was when I asked to have a DVD of the pictures, it took them about 5 minutes to burn one on their computer. They put the same flawed picture on a cheap little DVD box and asked for 20.00 dollars. I think its time for them to get out of the business of helping families in their most difficult times if they cannot show more compassion. Y es this is a business, but with true caring for family and friends of the deceased, you need to close your doors

Barrett Funeral Home was wonderful to my family in our time of need. We have used Ricky Barrett when our mother died six years ago and more recently when my brother Ralph died. We have known Ricky Barrett for many years and my father and my brother ate supper with him regularly. The staff was delightful, the facilities were clean, and the staff was very caring with my elderly father while burying his only son and my baby brother. Thank you Mr. Barrett and your staff for a job well done.

Ive personally known Ricky Barrett for many years. Our family has used Barrett Funeral Homes Sevices on several occasions. Excellent staff, clean facility, staff has always been greatful and kind.
