I went to this salon because of a particular Hair Stylist that had colored and cut one of my friends hair and it looked great. When I got there I found out that Stylist was off on that particular day. The owner convinced me that she could do the same thing as the other stylist my friend had went to, so I gave in and let her do it. BIG mistake. We looked at a book of colors and I settled on a particular color that I liked and the owner assured me she could match it. WRONG! When she had finished, the shade was at least two shades darker than I wanted. I brought this to her attention and she immediately copped an attitude. She told me "it would fade with a couple of washes." On top of the wrong color, she cut about 3/4 of an inch more than I wanted off of my hair. Once I complained, she acted like she could care less and did a bang up job the rest of the way. I was informed that the cut and color would be $95 even though it was not to my satisfaction. When I complained, I was met with more condescending comments. There were a couple of walk ins (Im assuming) who had some funny looks on their faces as I left. I should have stuck to my guns and made an appointment with the stylist my friend used, but I was in a hurry due to a business situation. After my experience I do not see how this salon stays in business. The owner has a terrible attitude and definitely doesnt put the customer first. Ive learned my lesson in this case and will not use this salon again.

I have been going to this salon for years. The stylists turn out some AWESOME hairdos and colors. I have used the nail lady, Debbie Siebert, for years and HIGHLY recommend her!!! She is an American.....She does hair also. All of the stylists are good, and Ive never had anything to complain about. They all have great personalities and it is like one big happy family there.........Try them!!!!

Michelle is my favorite stylist she really knows what is best for me personally. I resently went to see her I wanted to go shorter, well she cut my hair shorter I was shocked at first. I got so so many compliments from people and still do. She is the best!!

Debbie Siebert is the absolute best. I always love the way she cuts my hair. When others cut my hair, I always go home and "fix" it. When Debbie cuts my hair, I always go home and admire it. No "fix" needed!
