Didnt listen to a word that I said. I asked for SNS nails, and when the guy went to remove them, he did so without soaking them off. He hacked at my nails and they look horrible. My natural nail was about an inch in length and I asked for them to be trimmed down. He cut them down to my finger. I told him that I did not want tips put on my nails, he didnt listen, he put tips on my nails anyway because of how short he cut my nails down to. SNS nails also do not require that light that is used for gel/acrilic nails but he tried to use it anyways and when I told him no to the light, he put extremely uneven coats of just regular top coat instead of SNS top coat polish. I do not recommend this place for anyone and I will not be returning. This was THE ABSOLUTE worst experience Ive had with a nail salon!!

This place is absolutely crap. the guy who did my nails painted them so thick that they wouldnt dry I showed him before I left and told him I would return the next day to have him fix them .I returned the next day with half of the polish missing off my nails from the first day he did them and still no better then the first day in fact the look worst then the first day I had them done . Dont waste you money or time on this place!!!! worst nail salon ever!!!

I have been searching for a nail salon for 6 months now.. every time I think Ive found it, I get disappointed. Well so far, Crystal Nails is the one. My nails were perfect. Also, I had a very sore thumb when I went in, and Jennifer was so gentle working around the problem. Now, Sherry is doing my nails and I am definitely going back there again. She is wonderful, so friendly and accommodating to her customers... Thanks Crystal nails...
