When I first went to this facility the ladies in there came across as being nice and spiritual. After , they got the first payment they were not as friendly they came off to be . My son went there at 6 months. My son was sick literally back 2 back. The reason being is because they dont clean the classrooms . I had to to tell the teacher she needs to clean the high chair off before I place my son down. My son was also sent with someone else bottle , despite the name being placed on it . I brought it to the teacher attention and she just brush it off . The infant teacher doesnt like to admit when she is wrong and very defensive . The last straw for me is when my son got Scarlett fever . Infants dont get this its usually 2 or 3 year old that gets . They like to combine the toddlers with the little babies and its the reason my son was constantly sick. Also, I spotted the toddlers abusing this little baby while she was sleeping and I had to point that out to the teacher. Worst Daycare in Covington.

The center is under new ownership since March 2016 and has vastly improved since then. Playground got a new covered area (for hot sunny or rainy days) and lots of new toys and balls for the kids to play. The center had a complete redecoration and every class received new toys, books and other educational materials. They also stopped serving junk food and snacks like most centers everywhere and now serve only healthy (mostly Organic!) food and snacks to our children. I many times walk in to pick up my child and hes eating tangerines or an apple! The staff remains mostly the same but... they seem very happy and motivated now! My boy seems very happy in there.

school is very unorganized...there are young unqualified teachers teaching.Teachers have there kids in the same class and which they cant control them....The teahers have attitudes if you come five minutes before closing I quess because they have to clean up after there knock off time...and their play ground SUCKS ...ITS SMALL AND THEY ALL SHARE IT

The Ladies are wonderful, they work great with my son who, at times, can be complicated. They are very patient with him which is comforting to me.
