We moved to the area a year ago and spent several days just cruising between a number of daycare centers. I think we checked at least 6. Out of them, there were 2 runner ups. The one at Lenora Church Rd had a pool (which did look clean, as well as all other facilities), but Discovery Point (which was the last one we visited) had the friendliest stuff (the director found time to give us a tour of the Center, also we did not make an appointment before the visit), immaculate playground, a very impressive library of books, lots of toys (nice and clean), even Legos, etc. - AND this center was freshly certified (by NAEYC). The choice was an easy one, and after a year at this center my daughter asks me EVERY NIGHT whether the center is open tomorrow (see, its closed on Sat. and Sundays): she loves it and wants to go there every day. Its worth mentioning, that my stubborn baby girl was potty-trained at DP, while we were really struggling at home. Another thing - they have a ballet/tap/tumbling teacher coming to the Center every Monday, so we dont have to take our girl to some separate classes for that. For older kids there are also lots of interesting things at DP, although we have not done the before/after school program, only summer camp. As someone mentioned, the summer program is great for school-aged kids, with bowling every Monday and Sparkles Skating I think every other Thursday (in 2013), lots of fun trips (including those to Fernbank, Lego Land, Aquarium, High Museum, etc) - my 7 year-old was more than just happy, he wanted to LIVE there (and comes to visit the teachers sometimes when we come to pick up his little sister - and yes, the teachers know BOTH my kids by name). Oh, and they still do not accept cards - but its really a question of priority: whether you want you child to get great care and play on a fantastic playground, or you want convinience of paying with a card...

This location was taken over by new owners, Mr. Greg and Mrs. Janet, about a year ago. The atmosphere created is a wonderful place for children to play and develop. It is full of genuine warmth and compassionate guidance. I love seeing the smile on my daughters face when when she sees her teachers each morning. The new owners Greg and Janet are amazing people with many years of experience when it comes to children. I know when I leave my child every morning, without a doubt, that shell be well fed, well taken care of, well loved, and will have fun. I wouldnt entrust anyone else with my little girl. It is also NAEYC accredited which is a huge plus.

My wife (Janet) and I bought this Discovery Location in August of 2014. The prior owners had several reviews already established but we thought it fair for you to note the more recent reviews. Since taking over this location has won 2015 Best of Gwinnett and attained Quality Rated status from Bright from the start. My wife and I come to this position each with 30+ years of experience in early childhood and public school special education. We believe in supporting and encouraging a happy staff involved in a result driven effort that creates confidence in our parents. Come visit. Find us on Facebook and see whats going on today.

This place is by far the best decision Ive made yet. My 3 year old daughter started this week and it has been a smooth transition for her. Ms Gaby && Ms Mellissa are absolute sweethearts and made sure every single question I had was answered honestly. The owner Mr Greg is really involved, makes sure parents are happy and feel right at home. Its not just a job to them, its family; a second home. My only regret is not bringing my daughter here sooner!

When I moved in the area I visited a few day care centers, but when I walked in this one, I knew this was the one for us. My daughter has been going there for a year now and we love it. Staff is friendly, and cleanliness is a high priority. The owner has a good grip on things. They also have a great Summer Program.

Just moved to Snellville, called many daycare centers in the area. When I contacted this location the friendliness, and courteousness over the phone made me want to take a visit. The set up of the center seems really clean and the staff seem friendly.

Both of my children attends this school since 2011. I have been very pleased with several of the staff and care they provide. In late 2015 I left the center for other reasons and found my way back this 2016 school year.

My child has been going here for over a year. All the staff know my child by name and genuinely care. The owner has worked with us through all of our ups and downs. They care about the family as a whole.
