Terrible. We did a huge remodel of our house and used two different cabinet companies. The first company was professional, incredibly good at communicating, delivered a wonderful quality product exactly as expected, and delivered the cabinets within the time frame that they promised. Woodhollow was completely the opposite. They said it was going to be 6-8 weeks to completion once I paid the deposit. When I called at 6 weeks to find out when they were going be installed (after more than one email receiving no response), I was told that it was now going to take an additional 6 weeks. I had to call multiple times to try and get an install date. When they installed the cabinets, one of their installers dragged my furniture across my newly refinished hardwood floors creating huge scratches that had to be repaired (they at least paid for the repair). The cabinet color that I chose looked white in their facility but in my small mud room they have a weird tint that makes them look like a light blue/green - it’s a really strange finish. Ive had two different experienced painters look at it and they both said that something is off with the tint for the color to change that much. Woodhollows response was basically "too bad - you picked it. We cant be responsible for how it looks in your home." Really horrible experience – do not recommend in any way. UPDATE: back to the color issue above. The color I picked was called "SUPER WHITE". It looks blue/green in my room. Woodhollow delivered some missing shelves after they refused to fix the color issue. The shelves were labeled with my name and "SUPER WHITE" . In the picture attached you see the shelves in the foreground and the cabinets in the background and the shelves are actually white and are very different than the cabinets themselves. When I called Rhonda to tell her that I still think that there is a problem with the color of the cabinets she said "I will repaint the shelves to match the exterior color not the other way around." When I said no (being very short at this point because I am frustrated they wont fix $7,000 worth of cabinets that have a paint color that looks completely different at my house than how it looked in their showroom), she hung up on me. Singularly the most rude and unapologetic company I have ever used.

We had a terrible experience with Wood Hollow! The staff (with the exception of Hannah) was extremely rude. We asked to speak with the owners on several occasions. We were always told they were out of the office, or out of town. I wanted a specific paint color made by Sherwin Williams for my kitchen cabinets. I brought in the paint chip when I met with the designer, so they would have the exact color and name. They informed me there would be an additional charge of $175 to use the Sherwin Williams color. I agreed to the additional charge. Several weeks later they gave me a sample of my cabinet to sign off on the color. The color didnt look right. I wanted Sherwin Williams Divine White. They named theirs Devine White, and tried to pass it off on me. It turned out they dont even have the capability to use Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paint in their system! They also had to make several trips out to the house to complete the installation, because pieces wouldnt fit. We had one cabinet that we didnt like (it was our fault because we didnt catch it in the design phase). Wood Hollow wanted to charge us $1100 to redo the one upper cabinet, and they wanted me to pay the $175 fee again for a color match! Run Away from using them!!!

Wood Hollow does a fantastic job from start to finish. They make sure they understand your needs, they help you with design, they set reasonable expectations for delivery, they let you know immediately if something changes and they deliver OUTSTANDING cabinets and installation. I wouldnt consider using anyone else for my cabinets.

Quoted a 8 week time frame now it is 12-14 weeks for the job. Beware do not use them unless you have several months to wait. Look at there other reviews. Hannah is a liar! Do not trust her.l Poor customer service.
