I would not take my family to this place! I have seen one of the barbers actually "CUT" someone with a straight razor because they were talking about "their" problems and not focusing. One of them took so long on this poor guys head I think he needed another hair cut right after he was done with the first one. There is a guy who works with them that LOVES himself way to much and he talks badly about other barbers in the same shop. Sounds to me like he may have some short comings with his career! There is a lady there who has been there for a while that cuts really well but has changed, I am not sure if it is for the better. Does any one know what happens to the people that dont work there anymore it is like they disappear? One of my favorite barbers up and quit and they say he opened a store and another MIA No one knows and I asked one person and she said "who knows, who cares!" she was not very nice about it either. Seem to not be a good work environment very high turn over rate, no wonder the only people you see in there are older or babies cause all of the in between know it is a catch 22 when you go in. The older ones seem to have been around when it was good so they dont find somewhere else to go and the new bunch dont know that it has changed. I want a great haircut at a good price but I do not want to sit and watch the barbers act like they hate their job. If you want a friendly place with good humored people dont stop here keep searching I know I will.

If you dislike bugs dont go. They have a repeating cockroach problem. Several persons seem to favor wendy who is not there on fridays. I went in and asked for the advertised cut and straight-razor shave. Instead they charged me 26 dollars for a middling haircut, and a shave with a cheap disposable razor. While the website and history say the staff is friendly, i was treated to being spoken around more than spoken to. Ultimately if you want an old- time barbershop with good barbers and service oriented friendly staff like you would have seen in a Maybury tv show, you should keep looking, I know I will be.

I have been going to Jenkins Barber Shop for MANY years, I tried other places a couple of times, I never got the service, nor quality haircut as I did at Jenkins! I always have Wendy to trim my hair and she ALWAYS does an awesome job!! I will continue using Jenkins Barber Shop for my haircut needs

Excellent barber shop. Always a great haircut, and always friendly service. I have been getting my hair cut there for years. Other members of my family have started going there, as well. I definitely recommend Jenkins.

I remember going to get a haircut at Jenkins Barber Shop when I was a little boy. I now take my Grandkids!! Great service for many many years. You cant go wrong by going to Jenkins for a haircut. The staff is great.

Im often unhappy with the haircuts I get other places (for whatever reason) but I went to Jenkins I was very pleased with the cut I got. I plan on making Jenkins my regular barber shop !!!
