I worked out at the gym when I was just getting out of High school in 2013. Immediately there was a large amount of fees charged that obviously werent advertised and easily more than doubled the monthly rate of the gym. Come November of that year I was set to leave for basic combat training through the army national guard. I spoke to an employee in order to cancel my account. Being a stupid 18 year old, I did not receive anything in writing confirming my account cancellation before I left. I am allowed to come home over holiday leave to discover the employee did not cancel my account and they were trying to charge me $160 for not paying for a gym I hadnt been to in months. When I had to go back to training, I was only able to communicate with my parents by letter while they contacted the gym staff and owner to attempt to resolve the issue. The owner decided it was best to use a collection agency and ignore our attempts at communication. The collection agency Net Collections LLC, also refused to communicate with us and instead report it to my credit score. Yeah, its a great place. Love the way they take advantage of people. It gives me more anger to boost your workout.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. They do not know how to cancel the membership properly when you need to. He said its canceled but still taking my money from my account for months. I wasted $45 dollars bc they didnt cancel my membership properly. Also, all the equipments are so old, dirty and bad. This was the worst gym in my life and will be forever. Once again, DO NOT GO THERE.

Up until a month ago this was a great workout location until RON took over! He is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with considering I have been a member over two years and never late! Where oh where has Sonja gone?

No complaints. Wanted a decent place to work out, this is it. No frills kinda place. Def somewhere to go if you wanna put in the work to lose the weight or improve your health. No comp. Towels or tanning though.
