I dont know who wrote the other reviews, but must be someone that works there. This place itself is huge and clean as a facility, I give them that. But when it come to clean for the child its ridiculous. The staff is HOOD & GHETTO!!!! not very nice unless they know you and will not speak like they are in high school. The owner she speaks when she feels like it and have NO personality WHAT SO EVER. The way the place is run are with not only with staff look you up and down, but judge your child base off that. I have seen how the staff like to play around, sleep at the desk, talk on their cell phone and doing inappropriate dances around the kids that is just classless. They are VERY unprofessional and not warming to others at all and dont leave any of your child possession their b/c it will get lost and never found again. It is best that your child wear clothes that dont mean much for them to return home and to be taking care of. My advice for the owners is to hire professional staff who care about their appearance, NOT HOOD RATS, and care about the well being of the kids and not their pockets. I will be reporting this facility ****BEWARE BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR CHILD HERE**** If you are looking for a professional staff and a well run place. This is not the place for your child. I will be glad to spend more money before I leave my child hear. Like the old saying goes. You get what you pay for. Cheap service as well as cheap staff!!!!

What started off as a great experience has now left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I started my son here (at the location on Satellite Blvd.) about 1 month ago on a part-time enrollment basis. Since the day he started he has stayed sick with a cough and runny nose. In the infant Center all of the children have coughs and runny noses and my son who had been at home with me up until he was 10 months had never had ANY issues with illnesses. After 1 month of being at this establishment he developed bronchiolitis which cost me hundreds of dollars in medical bills. In addition to this, the owner of the facility contacted me today saying that they were becoming limited on space because of new full-time enrollees and that my son will no longer be able to come on a part-time basis if there are people who are willing to pay the full time rate for his spot. So for a $40 difference theyre going to completely detach my son from the teachers hes gotten to know just because there are newer enrollees who are willing to pay $40 more for full-time. How pathetic and sad is that? So now its not about the children anymore, its simply about the money. I will be disenrolling my son this week to take him somewhere where he is seen as a human being and not just a dollar sign!!!

This place operating as a daycare does not deserve 1 star. The staff (starting with the owners) are unprofessional and unqualified to be in this field. My kids were mistreated and yelled at by they entire staff. I spoke with the front office staff in regards to the cook being rude and harsh she seemed to care less about my concern. Once my concerns/issues involved the owner personally there was lack in belief regarding the complaint. Also a delay in response from them regarding my concern for what happened to may kids while in their care. I am not an anger staff member, nor do I usually write reviews but when it comes to the safety of my kids I would do anything. I am advising you to do the same, do NOT enroll your kids here. Pay a little more for peace of mind and ensurance that your kids are being treated properly. You get what you pay for. The cheap rates reflect in the staff and service provided. I signed up with several Prek daycares in the area but decided turn down all the others to wait until May for this one because it is near work. May came around, I called in to check if we have a spot. First week, the first person said they havent drawn the lottery and to call back second week. Second week, I called again, a different person pick up. She said they did drawing the first week and said if I didnt receive a letter in the mail then I didnt have a spot. I asked if she can check the list for me because what happen if the letter got lost somewhere in the transit? Her answered was they are TOO busy at the office to check for me. How hard is it to look for a name on a list??? I regret turning down the others daycare to wait 2 months for this daycare. I was told that there are 60 something spots and I should be able to get a spot. Now I am stuck with looking for a daycare at the last minute. Save yourself the trouble! Avoid this daycare!

This school last great back in the day 8 years ago But now highly NOT RECOMMEND !!! allowing SICK kids to attend daycare Affecting other children! My son been in a out of the hospital 2 months straight , had to Quit my Job to take care of Wife and daughter cause they got sick and in the hospital..So not F* fair. I HATE the fact someone has to suffer because of someone else inability to handle their responsibility of taking care of you Got damn Kids. We all have Jobs and a life to Handle. Weak and Selfish Parents and shame on the institution which allows this to happen because of money. If everyone child at your school end up sick in the hospital forcing parents to leave there Job to attend to there children THEN SO BE IT.! You think they still going to pay a weekly tituion? What happen to Respect for others. Common sense. Diginity, honor , love ! family! .

This place is horrible! The owners are not nice or welcoming at at. They are very judgemental and this is a babysitting service as oppose to a learning facility. I strongly urge ppl to do their research before paying such a high rate for uncertified , uneducated and poorly trained staff! I suggest you try KinderCare off of satellite. . Now that facility is top notch in every aspect and the ppl there have the kindest spirits. They are very nice and well put together. And the husband doesnt sit around all day creeping ppl out. I absolutely hated this place from the first day and was so glad when my daughter stopped attending. I believe my daughter would have became dumb if I let her continue to go there. I also overheard the fat owner making racial comments towards the kids..PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS GO HERE!!!!

I am sooo disappointed right now :( I was SO SET on this day care after taking a tour and speaking with Dave. Being that is is literally 5 min away from my job, I originally planned to put both my kids in this day care until today...I even recommended my cousin to go take a look for her daughter and she also walked out of there disappointed, and even told me she hopes they dont call her back for the pre-k program she signed up for. Jaime was literally the rudest "owner" that i have met. I have been touring around for about 4 months now and have never encountered something like this. How do they expect people to leave their children there and feel comfortable while they are away? How disappointing. Back to searching for another place. I would give this place zero stars if i could.
