I went in to drop my son off for his first day at the Lawrenceville Highway location, the ladies at the front desk, were very rude. I had called the day before and spoken with them to let them know I would be in the office in the morning and I would fill out paper work then. When we arrived, I told them who we were and they had no clue. The threw a packet of paper work at me and left the front office. While filing out the paper work, I heard a teacher SCREAMING at a child. It was completely unnecessary for a teacher to scream at a child, no matter what the child was doing. Needless to say, my child came to work we me..

Too much turnover!!!!! I understand that childcare is not the most overwhelming choice of career, however, the people chosen must have a passion or love for the role that theyre in. Recently, this facility has experienced a new director. She is extremely uninterested in the facility, the children, or the parents. Every day she is ALWAYS on the phone and does not provide greetings or salutations to the children. I have since found another school for my stepson, however, my advice stands clear---- DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SCHOOL. Sincerely Disgusted, Mrs. S.

Moving to GA from Delaware I was VERY skeptical about leaving my daughter with anyone. I Googles so many places and ran across so many names and I was still worried. I gave Childcare Network a call and they offered me a tour. Upon arriving I seen how smooth the transition was for the kids and I was like okay maybe this place is cool, calm and collected I felt at home, and my daughter was VERY excited. I love the staff. And I can not thank her teachers Ms. Valarie and Ms. Meliisa enough they were AMAZING to us.

The leadership and staff there are the best . They really understand the power of partnership for family and community are the best. I have to say overall I think the facility is fairly nice. They are undergoing construction and a lot of upgrade, but I think overall you get the bang for your buck. A few things I wish were different are the morning routines. They stick a bunch of kids of different ages in one room with one woman until about 7:30, sometimes 30 kids!! They say it is legal, but I feel like it is a recipe for disaster, including illness and injuries.

I love it. My daughters teacher Ms. Ciara is awesome. She teaches the 3 year old and my daughter is learning Spanish, Sign Language, shes counting to 30 in Spanish and English. The director Ms. Tameka is amazing! Shes very friendly and understandable. She treats all of the children as if theyre her own and she runs a excellent facility. I would recommend everyone to bring their child here!

My Daughter began attending this daycare in August. She is in the Pre-K2 class with Ms. Wendy and the growth Ive seen in her has been a joy. I also have her in the before/after care program, which is affordable, and that makes it easier for me to be able to get her to and from school within my work hours. I would absolutely recommend the Norcross location!
