The company I work for has an account with FedEx so I Took some packages which contains plastic samples with a declaring value of $0 that needs to be sent out. When I got there a White gray hair worker told me that this box is light and makes tiny noises and he cant sent it out because it the entire package needs to be fill. I order items online and fedex delivers them, not all of them are completely filled and end up at my door steps!! I told him I dont have a problem with it because they are samples. He is saying that it needs to be fill so it doesnt get crush. The 44ECT double wall boxes and samples I have in there will not be crush as the compression load is well over 500lbs. Told me to go home and repack it or he is not going to ring it in. This is my first time ever I had to repack it as I come to this FedEx every week to send out same samples with NO problem until I met this guy. This guy is an @ss Hole, not sure why he is still working there. Looking at all the other reviews I can say management needs to be replace.

I went to drop off a package for shipping 1/30/2015 which I had already prepared with the shipping label, bubble wrap, etc. The lady at the customer service desk begins to shake my package and declines to ship my package because she could hear the product rock side to side within the box. She says that she doesnt think there is any packaging material inside the box which I then tell her there is bubble wrap around the product inside. She then proceeds to open my package and tell me that the bubble wrap is old and used since one of them was deflated. Since when was using new packaging material a requirement?!?! On top of this she continuously brings up during the conversation that they sell packing material for $4. I happily declined every time she brought it up and told her I will just add some newspaper. Who would of thought that a 20 second drop off would turn into a hassle. Its disgusting how the rep was trying to up sell me. I usually ship via USPS with no issues but decided to try out FedEx. I will not come back.

I used to live very near to this location and would often use it because of its location. That came to a screeching halt about a year ago. There was an employee who was rude beyond measure. I was sitting on my laptop trying to pull up a doc to print. Firstly this employee stunk so bad of cigarettes it was appalling. He proceeded to tell me "Move" as If I was a cow or some animal in the pasture. And he then proceeded to shoo me out of the chair, all to allow another client to use a printer next to my workstation. He started to get so loud that I reluctantly got up and went to look for the manager. HE WAS WORSE! I had to report the incident to their corporate office. With no resolution. I simply decided not to give Fed Ex another penny of my hard earned money. I use the public library and The Shipping Store.. Thanks Fed Ex for your A-1 service.

WORSE customer services EVER. I went there at 5.4.15 around 8ish. There is a Africa lady helping me to measure my package first. She told me that my package should around $50.00 , since I dont have a box, it will be another $15.00 more to get a box and packing fee. End up it is more than $200.00. I was wondering why it is a huge difference. And this lady came in front me and yelling me. She was like she hate helping customer measure. If customers decided not to ship she has to pay this box. I feel so uncomfortable with her attitude. It is part of her job to help customers. If we know everything, why FedEx still have her in store. Plus, it is a huge difference between her measure price and my final price. All in all, it is a really bad customer service. I will never go back there,neither my friends.

I would have given a zero if I could. Ive called in advance asking if the photo machine was working. I talked to Clara. She said yes and I left the house 9 p.m. to print the pictures. Once I got there surprise, the machine is not working. The other employee didnt have the minimum necessary customer service to help me or either apologize or said Im sorry. She just said well she probably didnt know. Heres the deal, if you dont know just tell me I dont know if the machine is broken and dont make me drive all the way there at 9 p.m.

If you se a blonde lady at the counter youre in business, if the "Manager" Justin is there just go elsewhere he is a talentless waste of space, if you have a simple task (print a page or ship a package) hell make you wish you hadnt been born, if you have a complicated task hell bring the end of times, hes not human, if ignorance were people hed be China, hes the fly in FedExs soup, hes a Neanderthal for resolution, hell make you resent the universe. The store is big, clean and well lit.

Even though the online design feature was pretty limited, I put in the comments what I wanted. I got a call from a staff member within 5 minutes of placing the order and they were able to confirm what I wanted. I wish I remembered the name of the employee that helped me, because she was very sweet. She was able to get everything I needed printed off within the hour even with the last notice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Most of the services here can be done self-service, which is A++ in my book. Also, 24 hour operation is super helpful. What I really like about FedEx offices though, is that I can print stuff from a file without logging on to a computer. You can bring it in your USB drive, or pull it straight from your cloud services like Google Drive. And this is awesome!

Took one step in that place and got no help what so ever, but was told I was not going to be able to be helped. Employees there dont have a clue how to treat clients. I got more information from a random person then the actual workers there. Will never go back to that location.Dont waste your time and just go to a different shipping company.

The customer service is less than half of what Kinkos customer service was. Hello FedEx, Kinkos was successful without advertising and because they had great customer service and employee values and training system. and they didnt hire just any old Joe. Yall need to bring back the Kinkos quality and mindfulness to this type of business !

This place is horrible. They charged me $15 to print ONE paper. I only printed ONE paper, and the rest of the 14 pages were codes of a url. I tried to find someone to talk to & all of the employees just stand in the back and talk. I had to wave someone done. And the guy I talked to was extremely rude. I will NEVER be back here.

I stood around watching one employee play with pink paper and two employees talking to each other for 10 minutes before I was helped. The guy that finally waddled over to me, after sharing a laugh with the other two, was unfriendly and treated me as a burden. I left without shipping my box with them. Will not ever be going back.
