I called up to the store for a quote. The lady on the phone was kind enough to give me a quote. She told me installation was included. She asked me to pay before seeing any artwork. I wasnt comfortable with that so she said come in to the store. When I came in at the exact time she told em to come in, she was gone. So I talked to her boss. He told me it would also be a charge for design. She did not tell me this. So rather than pay them I designed something myself. I asked if it would be a charge if I designed and he said no. I sent them my design the next day. He told me he still would have to charge me a design fee even though my design was in an industry accepted format. I quickly realized this was a shady company and called another sign store many miles away. But there was no design fee, and no installation fee with the new company. Worst of all, the ATTITUDE of the owner was like he didnt need my business.

I visited this Sign-A-Rama last week looking for business cards. This is a very nice store and the owner Mike Dettman and his staff were very helpful. These guys have a surprising range of products and services and at very competitive prices. If you are looking for signage or business printing, check with Sign-A-Rama at Stone Mountain, GA first!

Horrible customer service. They focus solely on themselves. Ordered a sign and the work was not professional. We asked them to make some adjustments and they refused to. Lack of professionalism and the ability to satisfy the customer. Would never recommend this particular location.
