I started out with the Alpharetta branch first and everything was fine at first until I realized that they dont really care about really helping you or personal issues going on like me myself being pregnant. So I tried the Duluth branch. It was closer to me and the people are way friendlier than the people that work at the hire dynamics in Alpharetta but they are the same unprofessional. You can call and email them and at some point they just stop responding. Theyll tell you they will reach back out to you and never do. I was working for a company through this branch and out of no where they told me that my schedule had changed and that they had emailed my agent at the time Lea about it but she had failed to inform me so it came off as I wasnt showing up for days I knew nothing about. I asked her about it and she was clueless about what was going on else well. The company was closed for a week due to Christmas and New Years and she said that she would get into contact with me once she figured out what was going on. She never did. Ive been emailing her for 3 days now. I dont know if Im more irritated that they dont like to accommodate me during my pregnancy or that they just dont seem to care sometimes. I cant be not working right now I have bills and a baby to be saving up for. I at least deserve to know whats going on. This was a mishap between hire dynamics and the company I was working for so I dont know why am I the one taking the consequences for it.

I have been working for Hire Dynamics for a little over 5 years now and I cant say enough good things about the people and the overall culture. The leadership team continues to invest in their employees and provide opportunities for professional growth with ongoing training, access to networking events, and employee engagement events. There has never been a point in my career where I have ever felt like I have plateaued, and for me personally, that is so important. Senior leadership is adamant about keeping their employees in the loop when it comes to how the company is doing so we are able to align our goals for continued growth. They are constantly asking us for feedback on what they can be doing to better the organization and the employee experience. It is also rewarding to know that we are making a difference in peoples lives by helping them find meaningful employment. All in all, its a breath of fresh air to wake up each morning and enjoy going to work - not many people can say that confidently.

This is by far the better of the temp agencies. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. The front desk receptionist was amazing. She smiled all through the process. The recruiters were excellent in that they listened to what type of work im seeking. Their automation process which allows you to check in to be available to work is second to none. The ONLY reason why i didnt give them a higher review is for a few reasons. First, I still havent found a position that matches my skill set. Second, the only jobs that are emailed to me are production/assembly jobs. I stated to them that my skill set is catered towards administrative and clerical, but i have not received any types of offers for those types of jobs. I find it hard to believe that an agency as well organized and well connected as this wouldnt be able to find any clerical jobs in the Atlanta workforce. Other than that, i would definitely go here

If youre looking for manufacturing work in the Duluth, Suwanee, Lawrenceville area Hire Dynamics should be your 1st choice of temp services... I had applied with multiple other temp services & went to countless interviews only to remain jobless, disappointed, & feeling like I had wasted my time. However Hire Dynamics was different. They were courteous, professional, & genuinely interested in getting me back to work ASAP. They also offered the highest pay for my manufacturing skill set. TJ Vines is an amazing recruiter. He interviewed me immediately, reviewed my resume, & I had client interviews & a new job within a couple days. He has lightning fast response times anytime I have a question or need assistance & he calls me by name anytime he sees me. He has made me feel truly welcomed to the Hire Dynamics Family. I would highly recommend them (& TJ) to anyone seeking employment.

Visiting this hire dynamics location was an nightmare. I appreciate the young lady that help set up the interview. While completing interview process the recruiter that I had schedule interview with left office and i was pushed off on another recruiter that wasnt assignment to particular project i was interviewing for. She was nice. But I never received call back stating if client declined or accepted me as a candidate. I called several tie over the course of 3wks and finally was able to speak with recruiter. I must say she was very rude. Focused more on a accidently misspelled word. She never answered my questions about client prior to interview. Basically made me feel like crap over one word rather viewing my detailed experience. Still not answering my question and rudely ended the call by stating that will mark me as available.

Horrible experience. I was on my way to getting a second interview and then my recruiter left without a single soul at that Hire Dynamics informing me about any changes pertaining to my second interview. When I called to get a hold of my recruiter, I was told that she was either busy interviewing other people or out to lunch. I found out she wasnt working there no longer when I contacted my (now ex-) recruiter via cell phone. What really grinds my gears is that I was that I was LIED to straight faced by their receptionist and left with no recourse or options besides leaving a message. I dont like dealing with staffing agencies like any other job seeker, but this is a new low that I have experienced through a staffing agency.
